Shipping:
All products are packaged with the greatest of care and I strive to keep my shipping rates as low as possible. I generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment - excluding weekends and Holidays. I ship to the USA and internationally, shipping method used is USPS - Parcel Post and Priority Mail, international shipping must go airmail.
Returns:
If you have any problems or concerns they need to be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the item. We will then work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is authorized, please return the item in the EXACT SAME CONDITION it was received. Refund will be given after returned item has been received and inspected.
